The study Entrepreneurial Challenges and coping Mechanism of Homemade Food Business Amidst Pandemic in Tanza, Cavite was conducted from September, 2021 to January, 2022 at Cavite State University- CCAT Campus. The study aimed to identify the profile of the business, determine the challenges and coping mechanism of the Homemade Food Business in Tanza amidst of pandemic. Based on the study it revealed that based of the findings on the business profile, most of the businesses is less than 5 years of its existence in terms of length of operations, there are less than 5 employees are working in terms of average monthly profit, pastries (cookies, biscuits, cakes crackers and etc.) is the main product that they offer, they have p12,000.00 and above in terms of current capital and when it comes of ownership, almost majority of them are sole proprietorship. for the challenges of the homemade food business in Tanza, Cavite, the study identified that in terms of operation, the business encountered a decreasing number of customers result by budgeting of their essential needs. In terms of sales, the most common challenge is the reduce revenue due to loss of customers. They also encounter loss of employees due to health conditions and covid pandemic increase the threat and depression among employees in terms of employees. in the promotion, they faced weak markting performance due to lack of resources. increased competitors, limited customers due to barangay ordinance is the major challenge in terms of place. Lastly, high demand of supplies for to price a rate hike is their challenge for the price.
