The proponents personally managed the project during the whole month of preparation. Several production activities such as the preparation of raw materials, mixing, steaming and packaging of product were the task that the entrepreneur engaged during the operation of the business, In marketing of the king siomai, there were important factors to consider such as product, price, place, promotion and packaging. The project was conducted in Umboy, Tanza, Cavite. Data and information pertinent to the entrepreneurial project were gathered through the actual production and marketing of the food item. The project earned a net income pf Php28,90138 after eighty four days operation. Result of analysis showed that the month of November is the most effective time for siomai to market at Umboy Tanza, Cavite. The project financial performance was measured and analyzed through the used of financial ratios such as return of investment (ROI) and return om expenses. The major problems encountered by the proponents during the operation of the project were introducing the new variety of siomai which fish and chicken and increasing price of vegetables. The proponents are planning to continue the business because of the good response of the consumer. It may need a lot of time to be in the operation because the proponent first save the money and look for the profitable location.
