The main objective of the project is to enable the students to apply the knowledge leaned in business management to actual business operation. Specifically, it aimed to: 1. experience to operate a food business; 2. identify the promotional strategies that fit the business; 3. determine the profitability of the product; and 4. to be familiar with the possible risk and failure of the project to come up with possible solutions. The problem encountered by the participants the entrepreneurs had the hard time in procuring the product, the stall was non-durable, changing weather, pest, competition, and the products were nearly expired.
