The project named Patreyona Candy Store. The main products were candy and chocolates. This partnership type of business was managed by Ronalyn E. Carlos,Rey Ann B.Duavis,and Patricia Marie D. Zabal. Production was held at Paradahan 1,Tanza, Cavite.
The proponents' starting capital was equally shared to finance the project. A starting capital of Php 30,000 was used for the purchase of raw materials to start the business.
The main objective of the project is to enable the students to apply the knowledge leaned in business management to actual business operation. Specifically, it aimed to: 1. experience to operate a food business; 2. identify the promotional strategies that fit the business; 3. determine the profitability of the product; and 4. to be familiar with the possible risk and failure of the project to come up with possible solutions.
The problem encountered by the participants the entrepreneurs had the hard time in procuring the product, the stall was non-durable, changing weather, pest, competition, and the products were nearly expired.
