This study was conducted from February to April 2019. The main purpose of the
study is to discuss the impact of corporate image on customer loyalty and profitability of
MMPC; to know the significance of corporate image in firm's competitive advantage; and
to investigate how the MMPC sustained their corporate image.
The data used in the study was from primary and secondary sources. The primary
data were obtained through survey questionnaires, observation of the proponents and
collected information given by the company. The secondary data was gathered through the
use of reading materials in library and related studies on internet.
Fiscal 2018 is one of the most challenging year for MMPC because their sales
became the lowest among the top 10 Sales Satisfaction Index according to J.D Power.
Based on the interview with Mr. Lopez, senior staff of purchasing department, he said that
the train law affects the sales of automotive industry for the fiscal year 2018
Way backed 2015, Mitsubishi becomes the hottest trend because of the issue SUA
for the model Montero Sport. Many of the customer afraid on this brand of Mitsubishi, they
claimed that it is not safe to use Montero Sport based on reported in the incident. It affects
the MMPC's customer satisfaction and trust, not just to the brand but also to the corporate
itself.
