It is a retail type of business that has been managed by three entrepreneur namely Mark Jayson Dela Cruz, Jessica Chris Hanaban and Regina Fabregas. The proponents were responsible to manage their business day to day from Monday to Saturday operation from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The proponents decided to build their stall located in front of TNCHS gate 1 Daang Amaya III Tanza, Cavite. The proponents targeted the students, kids, parents and people who pass through store. The daily needs and who took organized and monitoring the materials needed to secured the output and quality standard and care for their stocks is responsible by the production in charge. The financial in charge was responsible in financial aspect and responsible for keeping and managing an accurate records and receipt for daily transaction. The responsible of marketing in charge is resolve the complication to avoid misunderstanding and responsible to their sales. The said business offers a variety of clothes such as dress, shirts, shorts, jacket, pajama, sando, bags, shoes, sandals, socks and accessories with good quality at the right possible cost. They also have an additional product offering for the teens since the location of the said project was located near at High School. It is normal for the starting entrepreneur to encounter some problems before and during business operation such as finding good location and capital; think of appropriate strategy to reach out their target market; the environment of their store, capability of their target market to purchase; and failures in time management that lead to conflict or misunderstanding in each proponents. The proponents started an initial capital amounting to P 30 000.00. The statement of comprehensive income of the business for 50 days of operation ended in April 3, 2019 indicating a total sales of P 16,375.00.
