The study was conducted on December 2018 to April 2019 in selected comedy bars in Metro Manila such as Comic Ave.,Cowboy Grills, Dragon's Lare,ICAFFE &Sabor,Joke Time, Klownz, Laffline,Music Box,Punchline, Zirkoh. The study specifically focused on the awareness of the respondents about Gender Sensitivity and their perception in effectiveness of gender identities in terms customer service, salesmanship and management skills. The objectives of this study were to determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender identity, civil status, occupation and monthly income. The study also determined the equality and gender roles when it comes to work and job of the respondents. Lastly, the study identifies the effectiveness of the gender identities in terms of customer service, salesmanship and management skills. The study was completely based on the employees of 10 selected comedy bars in metro manila with 100 participants who were both randomly selected. The descriptive and observational methods were used the researchers in conducting the study. Questionnaires used for the survey technique and the evaluation through Likert Scale Method. The proponents used observational method to answer and support some of the data that wants and needs to be acquired. These data gathering tool elaborate the awareness of participants about gender sensitivity and the perception in effectiveness of gender in terms of customer service, salesmanship and management skills. According to the data gathered, it was revealed that all respondents were aware of gender sensitivity and the male were the more effective in terms of customer service, salesmanship and management skills.
