The research study was conducted from January 2019 to April 2019 in 10 hotels to determine the Customer Assessment among Hotels in Metro, Manila. The general objective of this study was to determine the customer assessment among hotels in Metro, Manila and the specific objectives was to determine the demographic profile of the customers in terms of the gender, age, civil status and employment status; to determine the psycho-graphic profile of the customers in terms of their lifestyle, interest and behavior; to determine the evaluation of the customers in terms of products and services; and to determine the significant difference of psycho-graphic profile of the customers and their satisfaction. The researchers utilized quantitative and qualitative method of research. The researchers used survey questionnaire as a tool in gathering data designed for the customers and guests of hotels in Metro, Manila. This study relied completely on the population of 10 hotels in Metro, Manila. The researchers conveniently selected 10 customers in each hotel as their participants. The hotel participants of the study are located at Pasay, Parañaque,Manila,Quezon City and Marikina. The majority of hotel customers were 25 to 34 years old. There are more male customers than female and most of them are single. Most of the respondents are very satisfied by the products and services offered by the hotels. The researchers recommend continuing to captivate new and old guests to earn more customers. They must provide some additional promotional campaign such as TV commercials.Also,the researchers suggests that the hoteliers should seek for the guests recommendation towards their services and products for their more improvements.
