The enterprise named Siofflelicious Snack House is formed last February 6,2019. The business is owned and managed by the three participants namely, Quennie Vivz R. Barbadillo, Mary Bell C. Cabudbod, Mary Anne Andrea S. Odviar, and Katelyn S. Pitagan. The role of each participant is on a rotation basis. The financial in charge was responsible for the financial health of the business. The one who was typically prepare financial statements and business activity reports, monitor every financial detail to ensure that legal requirements are met, review financial records and seek ways to reduce costs, analyze market trends to find opportunities for production adjustments and help the management in making financial decisions. The marketing in charge was responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the business in order to attract customers. The one who often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services; think innovatively, budget manager and proficient, professional in making judgments, analytic and familiar with trends. The production in charge,the person assigned in production has the duty to create the product and maintain its quality and responsible for the whole production flow. The enterprise called Siofflelicious Snack House, has potential in getting high profit or can generate a lot of income when it is managed well. Siofflelicious Snack House's fruity toasted siopao and waffle has a variety of fillings that consumers can choose from; caramelized banana, caramelized mango and caramelized pineapple. When customers try Siofflelicious Snack House products, they will surely enjoy every bit of it. The entrepreneurs started with an initial capital amounting to P40,000.00.The income statement of the business for three months of operation ended in April 15,2019 indicating a total sales of P139,303.00, the total purchases amounted to P68,401.40,and the net income of P39,990.42. The business was located in Cavite State University-CCAT Campus. The proponents decided to put up the business inside the campus because the place was accessible and many students came out of their class and large potential customers would buy in the store. Through the practices and lessons they have learned from conducting this Entrepreneurial Development Project, the participants of this study plan to learn and apply this experience if they will have their own business in the future.
