The study was conducted from October 2018 to April 2019 to the develop Motor Control Trainer using Automation; specifically, the project aims to: 1.design a Motor Control Trainer Using Automation (HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE);2.construct a Motor Control Trainer using Automation from available parts and materials in the local market; 3. evaluate the performance of the prototype, in terms of: (A) accuracy based on functionality and operation of the motors;(B) speed in connecting laboratory exercises like start stop connection, jog connection, jog with counter connection, forward reverse connection, on delay connection, off delay connection, wye delta connection, on and off delay combination connection, proximity sensor start stop connection and two location on delay jog connection; 4. provide a learning element of the training board; and 5. conduct cost analysis of the project. This study was conducted at Cavite State University-CCAT Campus. The Motor Control Trainer using Automation will benefit electrical students and also other electrical practitioners who are entering electrical industries and they can improve knowledge and skills by means of relating it in actual method. The result of the study excellent. The safety features of Motor Control Trainer using Automation was matched to the safety of Philippine Electrical Code. Also the learning elements helped based on the result of evaluation is good as to its functionality, construction and economy. Lastly, the safety of the motor control trainer helped the evaluator to familiarized the connections of motor in programmable logic controller using hmi based on the pre-test and post-test result.Item type | Current location | Collection | Shelving location | Call number | Copy number | Status | Date due | Barcode |

ABSTRACT
MACASE, BRYAN JAY O., MONTES,JIM P. Development of Motor Control Trainer using Automation. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario Cavite. March 2019. Adviser: Engr. Ariesthotle Arive. Technical critic: Mr. Jurick P. Paulino.
Lastly, the safety of the motor control trainer helped the evaluator to familiarized the connections of motor in programmable logic controller using hmi based on the pre-test and post-test result.
