The study entitled “Development of Digital Tester for Electric Fuel Pumpand Fuel Injector for Gasoline Engine" was conducted at Automotive Technology Department of Cavite State University-CCAT Campus. The design, fabrication and evaluation of the prototype started last April 2017 and being conducted until May 2018. The objectives of the study are to develop and evaluate the digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine. Specifically,the study aimed to; 1) design a digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine, 2) construct a digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine as to its lay-out, specification and principles of operation out of locally available materials, 3) evaluate the performance of the digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine in terms of: a) functionality of the digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine; b) effectiveness of the digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine; 4) compute for the fixed and variable cost of the project. The digital tester for electric fuel pump and fuel injector for gasoline engine were designed with a direct current (DC) converter charger, digital fuel pressure gauge, transparent case, metal frame, fuel tank and fuel rail.
