The study was conducted from August 2017 to April 2018 to develop a semi-automatic multi size roller benderthe study aimed to: 1.) to design a semi-automatic multi size roller bender. 2.) construct a semi-automatic multi-size roller bender. 3.evaluate the performance of the machine by comparing it to the existing bender in terms of the speed and safety. The Semi- automatic Multi-Size Roller Bender Machine was conceptualized, developed and evaluated for its performance and operation. The prototype could bend different kinds of metals like flat bar, square bar. It has an induction motor that eliminates the force applied by the users and saves working time and potentially increase the speed of work. The findings of the study based on the result and evaluation shows that the Semi utomatic Multi-size Roller type bender produced good quality of bend and the bending rocess takes shorter period of time. The total initial cost of the Semi-automatic Multi-Size roller Bender was PHP. 21,764.
