The study was conducted at CVSU-CCAT from October 2017 to May 2018. Its main objective is to develop Mechatronic Trainer with PLC Module. Specifically, the project aims to: 1.) design a Mechatronic Trainer with PLC Module; 2.)construct a Mechatronic Trainer with PLC Module from available parts and materials in the local market; 3.) evaluate the performance of the prototype; 4.) provide a learning element of the Mechatronic Trainer with PLC Module; and 5.) conduct cost analysis of the project.
The Mechatronic Trainer with PLC Module will benefit electrical, electronics, computer engineering students and instructors and others to gain more knowledge in operating PLC module.
The findings of the study based on the result of evaluation is excellent as to its functionality,durability and safety.
