This study was conducted to cater the problem of the Cavite State University in terms of obtaining copies of printable materials. The study aimed to: 1.) design an interactive kiosk; 2.) develop a system that can print documents and standards student forms; 3.) develop the overall software and hardware; and 4). assess the technological design of the prototype in terms of: research forms, checklist of course. With the assistance of the system, the risk of losing delayed transactions, excessive time is consumed in requesting school documents and too much expenses in renting PC will be avoided.
Rational Unified Process (RUP) was used as the methodology and framework of the study, which involved 4 phases, particularly, the Inception Phase, Elaboration Phase, Construction Phase, and Transition Phase. The software was evaluated and tested using unit, integration and acceptance testing.
The application, software and tools that were used in the development of the system are: My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as a database storage and management, Localhost as the server, C# as an object oriented programming used to create program with Graphical User Interface (GUI), Metro Framework as system interface, and Visual Studio 2013 as an idea used to create the applications of the system.
