An undergraduate thesis manuscript submitted to the faculty Department of Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University Rosario, Cavite in partial fulfillment of the requirements for graduation with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Prepared under the Supervision of Mrs. Raiza D. Borreo. The project entitled “Automated Baggage Counter’ is a system that performs an operation by storing and retrieving the bags when entering in the Offices, library and etc. Each cabinet box has a motor that is responsible to push or pull cabinet to close or open it. The system uses Anito microcontroller which was programmed via booth loader, The board can be powered by USB of external Power adopter. The Supply of the microcontroller and Peripherals can be selected either 3.3 or 5V. The GPI/O pins are connected to PLC Isolated I/O device.
