ABOBO, ROCHELLE B., AQUINO, JORDAN JAY B., BAYAN, JEMMA L., TENGCO, GIEZEL B., TOLEDO, MARK JAYSON P. Development of an Automated Underground Parking System. An undergraduate thesis manuscript submitted to the faculty Department of Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University Rosario, Cavite in partial fulfillment of the requirements for graduation with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Prepared under the Supervision of Mrs. Raiza D. Borreo.
The project entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF AN UNDERGROUND AUTOMATED PARKING SYSTEM” is a system that can be used in urban areas that have no enough space for their cars because it is literally designed to park cars beneath the soil. The system is a computer based system that will manipulate the whole automation using a modified program using Visual Basic. The project also has its security system within the program. The project would like to demonstrate the actual process and made a prototype that is close to reality. The researchers have come up with this idea based from different studies conducted before. Combining several concepts from the research and adding improvements made it possible for the development of the design. Based on the results of the evaluation conducted, the developed prototype has been proven to be excellent both in hardware and software components.
