The study was conducted from September 2015 to February 2016 in Tejeros Convention, Rosario, Cavite, to identify and determine the profile of franchising businesses in the area. Specifically, the study aimed to answer the demographic profile of the business in terms of: name of the owner, types of franchise; products offered; average number of products offered; type of industry; type of business ownership; number of employees; year(s) of business existence; business establishment; royalty fee; total investment; renewal fee; number of outlets, mode of payment; legal documents, and restrictions. Survey and interview were done to collect data. Fifty two (52) registered franchising businesses in Rosario, Cavite were the participants of the study. Based on the data gathered by the researchers, majority of the business were in business format type of franchise with 44 or 88.46%. Most participants offered food products with 41 or 78.85% and have an average product offered ranging from 1-10.Most of the participants were in food industry having 44 or 84.62% of the participants. There were 33 or 62.74% sole proprietor ownership. Most of the participants had 1-3 numbers of employees. Most of the participants have 1-6 years of business existence in the area. Majority of the owners were renting the business establishment they used with 46 or 88.46%. Most of the owners were paying below Php100,000.00 for royalty fee, 34 or65.38% were paying below Php 500,000.00 for total investment. Majority of the owners have 1-2 numbers of outlets in the area. There were 47 or 90.38% were paying through cash mode of payment. The most needed legal documents were initial franchise fee with 37 or 71.15%.
