Ventura. Technical Critic: Marvin Jay B. Abueg.<br/><br/>The proposed project will operate under the name RED SAUCE ALJEDA RESTAURANT owned by Jea S. Casapao, ALfred P. Lontoc and Danica C. Torres. The business is a type of Ala Carte restaurant that will offer dishes cuisine such as Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Japanese and Italian. These cuisine and its menu for every cuisine, was selected based from customer's choice. "Red Cuisine" was based on putting the flavor of fresh tomato sauce of viand of dishes and also flavor from different fruits or vegetables to be made for red sauce and the name "Aljeda" came from the initial name of the owner Alfred, Jea, Danica.<br/><br/>This study aimed to determine the feasibility of establishing a red sauce based dishes, came from fresh tomato and other vegetable, fruits. The "RED SAUCE AlJeDa RESTAURANT" at 102 Molino Boulevard Bacoor, Cavite. The main objective of this study is to determine the profitability of establishing of the business. The target market of the business has a total of 375 people. These are the Employees of City of Bacoor and residence of Bacoor and Imus, Cavite.<br/><br/>The establishment will offer the customer. Red Sauce AlJeDa will operate daily from Monday to Sunday, 9:00A.M. - 10:00P.M. The demand of the target market was assessed through the use of the survey questionnaires. Based on the survey conducted by the proponents, out of 375 respondents, 94.93% are willing to avail and 5.07% are not willing to avail.<br/><br/>This study primarily determined the employability of the graduated of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management of Cavite State University - Rosario Campus Academic Year 2007 to 2013. Specifically, it sought to determine the employment status of the graduates and he HRM subjects that are helpful in finding jobs in the hospitality industry of the employed participants. This study was conducted from August 2016 up to November 2016.<br/><br/>In this study, the researchers used the descriptive method to gather the date. The data obtained through the use of the research made survey questionnaire, conducted surveys via social networking sites, particularly Facebook, text and call, meet ups, and personal interviews.<br/><br/>Based on the findings, the researchers found out the majority of the participants are female. The Age of the participants ranges between 23 to 25 years old. Out of 155 participants. 100 or 64.52% are employed, 51 or 51% of them are male 49 or 49% are female. Self-employed 6 or 3.87%, 2 or 33.33% are male and 4 or 66.67% are female, and unemployed 14 or 9.03%, 7 or 50% are male and female. Out of 155 participants 123 or 79.35% were single, 87 or 56.13% are working in local or here in the Philippines. On the other hand, 54 or 34.84% of the participants are working international. Based on the findings, the location of underemployed participants 11 of 34.38 were international and 23 or 65.74 were in local, location of self-employed participants 6 or 100% were in local. The study show that the majority of the fields in hospitality industry of the employed participants, international 16 or 33.33% and local 14or 26.92% are hotel, and the area/department industry of the employed participants, international 25 or 52.08% and local 31 or 59.62% were food and beverages. The majority of employment position of employed participants, international were service crew 14 or 29.17% and Manager 16 or 30.77% in local, and the employment position of underemployed participants were factory worker 7 or 20% and office clerk 7 or 20%. The majority of business of the self-employed participants are food business and retail business 2 or 33.33%. The study shows that the food and beverage subject is the most effective and helpful since this field is the strength of HRM.
