Aravata.<br/><br/> The Ideal Filipino application is a mobile application about Filipino customs. tradition<br/>and values particularly in the Luzon region. The said application help Filipino people and<br/>other nationalities to broad their knowledge about the customs tradition and values of<br/>Filipinos.<br/><br/>The study was conducted from January 2015 to March 2016 at Cavite State University-Rosario. It aimed to design the user interface for the input, process and output of<br/>the application, test and evaluate the application and install the application to any smartphone<br/>with android operating system.<br/><br/>This application was developed using Rapid Application Development model, it has four<br/>important phases: requirement phase, user design, construction and cutover. The criteria used<br/>for the evaluation was consists of the following criteria: ease of using the software, accuracy<br/>of contents and gender sensitivity, software support on curriculum needs and objectives.<br/>software as learning tool, intended user-learner, cost efficiency and technical support.<br/><br/>A total number of nineteen (19) respondents evaluated the application which was<br/>composed four (4) IT experts three (3) Values Teachers from Bacoor National High School,<br/>one (1) History Teachers, one (1) Asst. Professor II and ten (10) students from Cavite State<br/>University-Rosario.
