Design Project Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, Rosario, Cavite. May 2017 Adviser. Ms. Yvana Jardine R, Nocon<br/><br/>The study, Decision Support System for Career Guidance was conducted from September 2016 to May 2017 in Cavite State University- Rosario Campus<br/><br/>Specifically, the study aimed to design a Scholastic Aptitude test for Senior High School that is composed of four different fields, which are English, Math, Science and Inductive Reasoning, test and evaluate the decision support system to determine the flaws and know what are the strengths and weaknesses of the system, and implement the system and deploy in interested schools that offers SHS<br/><br/>The developers used the interactive model of system development for the methodology. The planning, analysis, design phase were performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation<br/><br/>The system was evaluated by 40 participants, composed of SHS students, IT experts, a guidance counsellor, a psychology professor and 4 college students. The Decision Support System for Career Guidance gained a score of 93/100, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics. It is therefore recommended for the utilization of schools offering Senior High.<br/><br/>The development of Decision Support System for Career Guidance helps incoming Senior High School determine their strength when it comes to academics. It will guide undecided students visualize and think their future track and career by the use of this system. Decision Support System is very flexible, the admin can manage the questions that appears in the examination screen, also he/she can add and edit questions, view exam results, and as well as printing it<br/><br/>The system will be a great help on interested schools in assessing the students capacity of learning. The Decision Support System for Career Guidance will not dictate nor replace the student's decision, it will only help them think and show their capacity of learning based on the questions inputted by the administrator.
