<a href="MONTAÑO, RONEL P., CAPARAS, KRISTALYN S. E-Commerce Tinapa (E- Tinap). Capstone Project. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario, Cavite. May 2019. Adviser: Mary Ann E. Ignaco.<br/><br/>The study was conducted from August 2018 to May 2019 to develop an official website of E-Commerce Tinapa. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design the web platform for E-Tinap; 2) create a website using appropriate web development tools such as HTML and CSS for front-end design, Laravel PHP framework, NodeJS JavaScript framework including AJAX and JSON, MySQL for data storage, Pusher Channels web server for notifications, chat, Git Basher for PowerShell terminal, Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 for the prototype design, Atom for text editor and Google, 3) test the functionality, reliability, portability of the website; and 4) evaluate the performance of the system using modified website evaluation criteria adapted from the ISO 25010;<br/><br/>The developers used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) for the methodology. It consist of the planning phase, designing phase, construction phase and cutover. It emphasizes working software and user feedback over strict planning and requirements recording.<br/><br/>The system was evaluated by 30 respondents, including IT expert, web developers, tinapa producer, vendors and buyers. The website gained a mean of 4.40 from end-users, which describes it as very satisfactory.
