RANESIS DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTERIZED MEDICAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF CAVITE STATE UNIVERSITY- ROSARIO (A SOFTWARE MODULES OF COMPUTERIZED MEDICAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Undergraduate thesis.Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University Rosario, Cavite. Adviser. Mrs Raiza D. Borreo.<br/><br/>For many years, the university clinic used the manual process of managing medical records of students, faculty members and employees, so to make it precise, the main goal of the study is to resolve the existing difficulty in the on-going processes and transactions by transforming the basic and manual way to an all-new level of accurate and more reliable computerized medical information management system.<br/><br/>The system was developed in a k40ae Asus Laptop, hardware used: AMD Athlon(tm)II Dual-Core M320 2.10GHz installed with a 1GB RAM and Optical Drive DVD RW, and software used: Windows Operating System(windows 7), database(DBMS), xampp version 2.5 for the database, MySQL Connector Net 6.5.4, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop CS5 for the system design and Mircrosoft Office for the documentation of the study Electronic data storage eliminates the paper storage costs. This research shall serve as a reference for future studies and shall provide basic ideas and information for new developers. This system promotes the evolution of basic healthcare transaction from a manual paper-based system to a more reliable, real-time and paperless system.
