The general objective of the study was to give assistance to individual person in identifying the different facilities in CvSU- CCAT. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design and develop the mobile application of identifying the different facilities of CvSU-CCAT, which is capable of capturing the facility using camera of the cellphone and displaying the information of it; 2) evaluate the mobile application that comply with the ISO-IEC 25010 software evaluation standards; and 3) prepare an implementation plan for the deployment of the mobile application in the CVSU-CCAT.

The system analysis and design applied the rapid application development or RAD software development model which was composed of requirement analysis, user design (prototype, test, refine), construction, and cutover.

The mobile application was evaluated by five (5) IT experts and (20) general end- users in the campus. It gained a mean of 4.40 and described as Very Satisfactory for the IT expert respondents. On the other hand, it gained a mean of 4.53 and described as Excellent for the end-users.">ESTORES, AARON A., DOMO-OS, ERWIN., LAMPRAS, ALYSSA CLAIRE.
