Dumlao,<br/><br/><br/> The rise of online retail businesses paved the way for the emergence of courier services especially now that the world is in a difficult situation due to a pandemic. It became one of the reasons to enter the business world even though it is still unknown for everyone what would be the impact of engaging to those services. That's why this study is conducted to determine the business impact and operational impact of courier services to online retail businesses, as well as the level of satisfaction of the owners. This study gathered data from 30 online retail businesses residing in Rosario, Cavite who used courier services for their business. The researchers then found out that the online retail businesses strongly agreed that engaging and using courier services had an impact on their businesses in terms of their (1) profitability,(2) consumer confidence, and (3) value-added. They are also strongly agreed that it has an impact on their operation in terms of (1) speed of delivery, (2) reliability of delivery, as well as (3) safety of products. Furthermore, the researchers found out that online retail businesses were very satisfied in the(1) timeliness, (2) accuracy of order,(3)communication with clients, (4) tangibility, and (5) responsiveness of courier services. With that, the researchers concluded that overall, engaging to courier services for your small business, especially online retail business, is a good decision as it has a good impact to small online businesses in Rosario, Cavite.
