Ambas, MBA.<br/><br/> Entrepreneurship has evolved over the years discussing different factors that influence young entrepreneurs to start up a new business in terms of: experience, peer impact, education and desire business to address current situation keen to make a positive development change with aimed to determined the demographic and business profile of the participants, determine the demographic and business profile of the participants, determine which among the factors mostly influence the young entrepreneurs in starting up a new business, lastly, provide a valuable recommendation for better understanding concern to the findings of the study. Used online survey in gathering data and purposely selected 50 young entrepreneurs. Results indicated that majority were female with the age mostly composed of 18 - 24 years old in the form of online shop in sole proprietorship. Moreover, most of the respondents were operating business from recent to 2 years and majority were residence of Tanza, Cavite. Furthermore, experience was the factor which mostly influence young entrepreneurs for they found themselves potential and discover strengths from experience which concluded having a background experience in business discovers a lot of potential and knowledge which is slowly and naturally carved that could be used as tool that drove to start a new business.
