Muyot.<br/> The study was conducted from February 2021 to June 2022 to develop a mobile app entitled MEKANINA: An Automobile Troubleshooting and E-Learning Application for car owners to help them, to be knowledgeable in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining their cars. Specifically, the study aims to: 1.0 develop a mobile application that will provide basic information that will help the car owners in repairing their cars. It has two features which are troubleshooting and E-Learning. 2.) design the logical and user-interface of the system, that can be deployed in different android phones, using appropriate mobile-based development tools; 3.) test the useability, compatibility and the performance of the application; and 4.) assess the design and technical characteristics of the system using a modified mobile-based evaluation criteria adapted from the ISO 25010.<br/> The application was tested its usability, compatibility and performance successfully, when some debugging. For interface two debugged, for troubleshooting 10 debugged and for e-learning three debugged.
