<a href="Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), is an evolving concepts that reflects various views and approaches regarding corporate relationship with broader society. Employees are the most valuable and vital assets of every business organization. Therefore, this study identified the perceived impact of ICSR activities towards employees work engagement in selected fast food restaurants in Rosario, Cavite.<br/><br/>We specified the perceived impact ICSR on different factors of internal CSR activities (Work diversity (Self-corporate Governance), Work-life balance, Training and Development, Human Rights and Health and Safety. We purposely selected Three Fast Food chains under Jollibee Food Corporation because of their known CSR activities. We used a survey questionnaires thru google form to collect data from the employees of the selected fast food restaurants in Rosario, Cavite. Weighted mean was used to assess the data.<br/><br/>The results confirmed that all the factors of ICSR (work diversity, work-life balance, training and development, human rights and health and safety) has positive result and has a high perceived impact in employee's work engagement. It is suggested that higher employee work engagement can lead to employee job satisfaction, employee commitment, employee motivation, employee retention and better performance. This study recommended that fast food restaurants should improve and create more ICSR activities to increase employee's work engagement for the benefits of the employees and also for the benefits of the management.
