Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Cavite State University-Cavite College Arts and Trades Campus Rosario, Cavite. March 2022. Adviser: Kirk T. Dela Rea. Ducha, MIHM.<br/> The study was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022 in selected guest in Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Tourism and hospitality industry among the sectors that have been greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The closing of borders, airports, and hotels as well as restrictions on mass gatherings, land travel and related services across the world put around 100 to 120 million jobs at risk. In the Philippines, the government closed the hotels and all the public resort in the nation as part of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) that started in the Island on 16 of March. This study aimed to: 1. determined the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of; age, sex, employment status and average monthly net income, 2. identify the level of satisfaction of guest who accommodated by selected resort in Tanza, Cavite amidst pandemic in terms of Facilities, Guest relation, Accessibility, Safety, Price, New normal policy, 3. craft recommendations in improving the level of satisfaction of guest based on the result of the study. Quantitative-descriptive research was used in the study. The instrument that was used is Likert questionnaire that will use to gather the needed data for the participant's profile. The questionnaire is a set of orderly arranged questions that will be answered by the participants, it will be designed to collect the facts and information. Selected guest of Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort as participants of the study. Participants were grouped into five groups; 18 years old and below, 19-24 years old, 25-34 years old, 34-45 years old,45 years old and above.<br/> There were the highest number of the participants is female and the age ranged to 25-34 years old, most were single and most of the participant is employee. Average monthly net income ranged from Php, 10,000 and below. This study focuses on satisfaction level of selected guest in Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Cavite.
