The enterprise development project named Sweet Triumph Café was conducted at 005 Marseilla St. Bagbag I, Rosario, Cavite from January 29, 2018 to March 31, 2018. A cafe is usually a small and informal establishment serving various refreshments (such as coffee) but in Sweet Triumph Cafe we offer sweet cold drinks which is leche flan fappe, we also offer crepe cakes with different flavors and complementary snacks. The business targeted the students, drivers, vendors and passers nearby.

The organization was managed by the financial, marketing and production in charge. The finance was responsible for recording the sales and expenses of the business. The production was liable to monitor the daily supply of their raw materials and also the production of the product. The marketing was responsible for looking their potential customers and conducting free taste during the introductory period of the operation.

The business can generate a lot of income. There are fourteen flavors of leche flan frappe The crepe cakes come with varieties of flavors such as rainbow, strawberry, oreo and choco. Snacks such as nachos, fries, chicken nuggets, cheesy breaded sticks and buffalo wings.

The proponents contributed the initial capital of Php 36, 000.00 to finance the project The income statement of the business for 60 days of operation ended in March 31, 2018 indicating total sales of Php 52, 950.00, the total assets of Php 42, 770.60 and net income of Php 6,770.60.

With the help of Entrepreneurial Development Project, the practices and learning of the proponents in managing, financing, marketing, the decision making and also social relationship was used. They were exposed to actual business operation the group should rely on planning ahead for the problem they might encounter so the proponents can easily solve the problem The problems that they encountered were; first, was lack of financial support that will be used as the capital for the business, another was the hard time to find a strategic commercial space with large number of target customers, third problem was the main products that were both sweets as concerned by the customers, and lastly, the inevitable misunderstanding between the entrepreneurs which is very normal.

The participants realized the importance of having a good plans and objectives in engaging in business Having the ability to solve problems encountered is very significant learning we gained and making strategies too.

The proponents recommend to other entrepreneurs that they should come up with the great name for their business Understand that raising financing is difficult and more time consuming. Focus on building a great product it has to be differentiated in some meaningful and important way from the competitor's offerings. Become a strong salesperson, they're going to have to sell their business. One must be positive and be optimistic. Lastly, understand financial statements and budgets, they must keep on top of their expenses and learn how to understand financial statements and budgeting. Establish important and the budget must be regularly reviewed a detailed, month-by-month budget is important and the budget must be regularly reviewed.
