The study was conducted from October 2013 in February 2014 Pina's Winery located at Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Biga 1, Silang Cavite. This taha shop is a family owned business and has been operating for more than 25 years. The Pina's Wineryin in critical situation because consumers are looking for better taste affordable price attractive product packaging and and convenient shop arta that are very important factors for the success of business. They offer traditional, fresh and natural wine tuba They alsooffer habulina and sulung rube.
The two main objectives of this study are classified into twn secaves The general and specific objectives The general obynctives, the objective of the study is to (1) improve the quality of the products and serves of Pina's Winery in order to increa sales, (2) generase high profit and (3) to regain the populatory and respect of tuba nat only is Silang but also in other areas while the specific objectives, are (1) to improve the packaging and taste of the products, (2) to be able to export their products and (3) to increase the sales and production for national and global competition The problems identified are as follows: (1) Rapid Emergence of branded and independent competitors, (2) Lack of Product Advertisement, (3) Limited Distribution Channel, (4) Production Innovation/Development and (5) Lack of Promotional Strategies.
To create an efficient and effective marketing strategy for the wine shop, the researchers are needed to conduct survey questionnaires within the town proper of Silang.Cavite by using the population sampling method.
