Pahmis Blend is one of the largest and established names in the coffee industry in the province of Cavite. However, despite of targeting its local consumer of nearby provinces and cities, , it did not sustain its position,because of the steep in the sector of special blend of coffee. Because of this the researchers proposed this marketing plan for Pahimis Blend of Cafè Amadeo Development Cooperative with suggested marketing strategies and proposed product innovation and development. Together with this endeavor are detailed action plans with their corresponding approximated budgets. The proponents include the latest market share and important investigative survey for Pahimis Blend.


The methodologies used by author are descriptive research and brand taste survey. Researchers used this to assess the current situation of the coffee industry here in the province of Cavite. In addition, proponents also conducted a survey concerning the taste and preference of the coffee drinkers, students and other selected faculty members are the participants in the said survey.


The researchers started their study from October up to December 2013 at Amadeo, Cavite. The researchers also included their proposed target market and projected income statement.


Marketing Strategy
After an intensive and careful analysis of the researchers on the special brewed coffee in the market, they proposed some strategies that will help Pahimis Blend of Cafè Amadeo Development Cooperative to increase sales and market share. One of the suggested strategies to is to change its packaging format and designs to become more attractive and presentable for the consumer; Another strategy made by the researchers is the sachet pack for Pahimis Blend; it is for the coffee drinkers who want to drink a special brewed coffee at affordable price;
Another proposed strategy of the proponents is the coffee package deal, freebies and other promos to promote the product so that the consumer will be encouraged purchasing the Pahimis Blend. In addition, the brand should have an effective advertising campaign like mobile/walking advertisement to increase the awareness and popularity of the brand.


And to penetrate the big market of Cavite,Pahimis Blend ,must be available in all leading supermarket,coffee shops, hotels, restaurant and even places where coffee drinkers want to purchase the product. It is easy for the easy access of consumer to the product to lead to a high turn-out of profit of te brand.
