This study focused on the survival strategies of micro-enterprises in Rosario, Cavite during the recent Covid-19 pandemic. it was conducted to see how micro-enterprises managed to survive during the pandemic. This research examines the financial, production, and marketing issues encountered by micro-enterprises and the survival strategies adopted by them. To accomplish the research, data was collected through an online survey of only registered micro-enterprises within Rosario. In this research study, a descriptive research design was used. Findings reveal that most micro-enterprises are owned by sole proprietors in the retail and wholesale sectors. Results of the statistical analysis indicate that the most common issues facing micro-enterprises in Rosario, Cavite in financial terms are lack of funds, decrease in customer purchasing power, and lack of digital marketing knowledge. hence, the study of survival strategies revealed that in marketing cost-cutting measures can reduce the cost of production, and laying off employees can allow them to survive for a little while in the midst of pandemic, small business can prioritize its customers' needs and wants to survive, so improving product quality and searching for new materials can help the business operation. In marketing, since it is a small business, it can give priority to its customers' needs and wants to operate effectively. it is undeniable the micro-enterprises play a key role in the development of the economy. Unfortunately, many of them are no longer operating due to the Covid-19 pandemic, while others remain active. In the future, this study can be used by researchers to better understand how to survive businesses that experience unexpected crises.
