The researchers aimed to determine the factors that influence the student's participation in the ethical research webinar conducted by CvSU-CCAT Campus. In this research, the researchers used the descriptive data. This method presents facts concerning the nature and status of anything. Furthermore, this study employed quantitative approach. This approach was designed to collect the data regarding to the present situation , condition, or any kind of phenomena. It implies some of comparison and contrasts. The proponents were considered online , survey questionnaire was released via Google forms with 100 selected BSBM college students to complete and emerge to achieve the reliability and accuracy of the study. This survey was defined as measurements and experience of the participants. Among all the factors that can influence student's participation in ethical research webinar the leading among all the categories is when the students be able to attain new knowledge and skills that can supplement or complement main field or study. Those factors can really affect and influence the students to participate in the ethical research webinar conducted by the Bachelor of Science in Business Management students at Cavite State University SY: 2021-2022. Among those four categories mentioned above the factor that have great influence on the students comes from the content and interest and student role and task. Hence, the researchers recommend that the teacher must consider the use of cellphones in designing interactive webinars since it is the gadget that is being used by most of the students the during webinars, to minimize the factors that can lead students to not participate, the teachers should design intervention to transform the undesirable traits to desirable. The future researcher can use interview in gathering information to have a deeper and more understanding on the factors that influence the student's participation, and the future researcher may also give emphasis on the effect of the factors influence student's participation.
