The proponents led to focus on aiming to determine the effects of work from home on the productivity of employees in Cavite during the COVID -19 Pandemic in order to help employers, employees, students, future researchers, and the community in innovative working set-up that is being used nowadays most especially in a technical working environment. This was conducted in order to provide insight weather work-from-home set-up are effective or not ti the BPO employees that resides in Cavite. In line with this, the casual of this factor supported to identify the challenges and the employee's productivity using their key performance indicator. Proponents also measure the average working hours in a work-from-home arrangement focused on BPO employees.

The study aimed to found the effect work-from-home to the productivity in the employees in Cavite during Covid-19 Pandemic. In order for the study to accomplished, the data collection was done through an online published thesis questionnaire to the desired respondents who are currently employed in BPO and in work-from-home environment, residing in the Province of Cavite. The questionnaire was subjected to reliability and validity test using coefficients and Cronbach's alpha values. Descriptive - Qualitative Approach was used in analyzing the data gathered.

After the statistical analysis, the result showed that there is no significant effect of the work-from-home set-up to employee's productivity. Although, the study found out that the different perceived challenges arise. The proponents scored in their Key Performance Indicators range from 3.8000 lowest to 4.2545 the highest. That means the respondents meet 7 OUT 14 KPI the standard expectations from their performance and the other 7 out 14 KPI have average performance with improvement required. The study also shows that 33 out of 55 respondents of 61.8 percent are working 8-9 hours. It only shows that there is no significant increase in the working hours of the work-from-home employees.

Most of the respondents age between 18 and 25 (50.9 percent) They were mostly single with a total of 41 out of 55 or 74.4 percent. The data also shows that start-ups compose of 25.5% of the total respondents are just recently started. Most of the respondents works with an average of 8 - 9 hours per shift, accounting to 61.8 percent of the total respondents. Majority of the proponents of the study are college degrees with a total of 28 or 50.9 percent then followed by undergraduate and high school students. Too many distractions at home are the top reason of perceived students challenges of working-from-home. Teamwork and collaboration rank at top 2 with 8.5 percent, and not enough productivity tools score 7.9 percent. The responses were based on the frequency and percentage of time spent working from home. Work-from-home in the Philippines may continue for quite some time and it may become part of the new normal working environment. However, employees and employer must work hand in hand in order to lessen the challenges faced by the employees for them to perform in their expected level. The proponents of the study therefore concluded that work-from-work set-up did not have a direct impact on the productivity of the employees in Cavite.
