This project design study sought to design, construct, and test a Dual Power
Audio Control Table as answer to the problem of the teachers, and electronics students.
The main purpose of the proposed project is to lessen the effort of the electronics student
in set-up of sound-system in CvSU-Rosario hostel function room.

This study aimed to answer the following problems: (1) How does the Dual
Power Audio Amplifier Control Table helps the user in times of need easier and faster?,
(2) How does the Dual Power Audio Amplifier Control Table perform its function in
terms of accuracy and efficiency?, (3) What are the benefits and advantages of Dual
Power Audio Amplifier Control Table to the students and teachers of CvSU- Rosario in
term of need of the good quality of sound system. The main objective of this study is to
help the student to set up the sound system in a short period of time.

Specifically, this study attempted to; (1) Plan a development of the project; (2)
Analyze the needed supply and materials in the development of the project; (3) Design a
Dual Power Audio Amplifier Control Table; (4) Construct the Dual Power Audio
Amplifier Control Table from available parts and materials in the local market; (5) Test the function, accuracy, availability, and effectiveness of the project; (6) Evaluate the
Prototype; (7) Revise and remedy defects, if there is any.

Development of Dual Power Audio Amplifier Control Table is equipment found in
university hostel used too much human energy, time, and electrical power to provide a
quality sound system operation especially during conferences, meetings and seminar on
other special occasions.

This study can work successfully because its constructions have 250 watts per
channel and a total of 500 watt. There are much equipment attached inside the table and
also this study has two storage batteries. The storage battery provides 12V DC with 20
ampere to 25 ampere, the other battery is use a replacement when the other is already
discharged. The project can operate 15 hours to 20 hours of continuous operation in 220V
AC supply. The project provide high quality sounds in indoor application and reduce to
70 percent on its intensity and quality in outdoor application.

Based on the result of evaluation, the prototype is rated very well that means, it
provides excellent performance in the process of good quality of sounds. The total cost of
the complete project is PHP. 87,596. This project is well- designed to prove that it can
help the electronics students, and it can save human energy. The average mean according
functionality, aesthetics, workability, durability, economy, safety, and sale ability was
4.49 it means "Excellent".

Based on the findings of the study, it recommended that: (1) the electronics
students should collaborate with their electronics instructors as partner in technology to
have a product research with high quality of workmanship and technology; (2) the students and teachers should work hand on hand to develop a gadget that will enhance the
quality of instructions and business sector, (3) sponsorship of any expressive prototype
should be allowed to students, (4) a gadget / prototype that involves multi technology
should be also done by multi technology students as one whole group project.

This project study entitled Development of Dual Power Audio Amplifier Control
Table sought to design, construct, test and evaluate a Dual Power Audio Amplifier
Control Table out of local supplies and materials as an answer to power problem of
inadequacy of tools and equipment at the Cavite State University - Rosario.
