The study was conducted from January to April 2019 at Metal Industry Research and Development Center,DOST located at General Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City,1631 Metro Manila,Philippines. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation and impact of the MIRDC training programs to the clientele who could be managers or owners of business in the field of engineering or metalworking.

Specifically, it aimed to: (1) Identify and enumerate the different seminars conducted by MIRDC with Entrepreneur Clienteles for the year 2018.(2) Determine the evaluation of Entrepreneur-clienteles on the identified metal working technology training programs in terms of achievement of training objectivess, organization of topics, appropriateness of training methodologies, and effectiveness of training material. (3) Determine the impact of the identified metal working technology training programs on the entrepreneur- clienteles in terms of the following impact indicators: transfer of knowledge, skills and attitude, reduce in production cost, and increase in production /sales, and establishment of new business. (4) To assess the motivation of Entrepreneur Clienteles through their comments and suggestions after the conduct of the training.

The researchers used the Quantitative Method in the study. Primary data were gathered in consultation with the ITS- staff. Likewise, secondary were taken fromthe records and files of training group. In addition, observations on the preparation of training activities and actual seminar were also done by the researcher's supplemental
knowledge on the data gathered for the study.
