The general objectives of the study is to know the employment rate of the graduates in the field of Marketing Management of Cavite State University- CCAT Campus A. Y. 2013-2017. Specifically to determine the profile of BSBM Graduates of A.Y.2013-2017 in terms of address, civil status, gender, educational background, determine the employment status of BSBM graduates A. Y. 2013-2017 in terms of present employment status and major line business of the company, identify the reasons of the graduates in terms of staying in the job, accepting the job, changing the job and relevancy of the curriculum taken by the graduates.

The study focused on the employability of the BSBM graduates from A.Y.2013-2017.It surveyed 359 BSBM graduates. It was conducted in different municipalities and cities in Cavite and started from February to April 2019. The major instrument used in gathering data was a tracer survey questionnaire from Commission on Higher Education (CHED) format.

Majority of the respondents were female. As to the civil status of the respondents most of them were single. Most of the respondents did not take any examination.Majority of the respondents took BS Business Management because of their good grades in high school. Most of the respondents have not pursued any further studies. Majority of the respondents have took trainings and advance study for their professional development.

The reason of the respondents who are not employed was because of their family concern and decided not to look for a job. Most of the respondents were based in local employment.Large percentage of the business line of the respondents company are wholesale, retail trade, repair of motor vehicles,motorcycles and personal and households. Most of the reasons for accepting and staying on the job was because of salaries and benefits. Salaries and benefits was also the reason why most of the respondents changed their job. Most of the respondents stayed for one year to less than two years. Majority of the participants find their first job as walk-in applicant. Most of the respondents took their first job in one to six months. The initial monthly earnings of the respondents in their first job is around P10,000.00 to P15,000.00.

Lastly,the results also showed the very useful skills in their first job which was their communication skills they've learned in college.
