The researcher conducted the study entitled The Product Lines Strategies of Selected Company in Cavite Province from January 2019 to April 2019 in Cavite. The main objective of the study was to determine the product lines strategies of selected company in Cavite Province. The study specifically aimed to determine the company profile of the selected company in Cavite Province in terms of business industry, length of company operation and number of product lines; assess the effectiveness of the product line strategies being used by the company; determine the benefits gained from the strategies in use; and to determine the decision making strategies on the brand in case of unsuccessful product line extension. The study may guide the manufacturers when to extend their product line to reach and satisfy wider customer range.
The participants of the study were 12 companies in Cavite. The study used descriptive method wherein survey questionnaire was used as primary instruments to gather data. The study was tabulated, interpreted and analyzed by the researchers with the help of the statistician.
The researcher's recommendation to the company was to be more consistent to the quality of their product to retain, satisfy and to attract more customer. They also have to offer more products to prove to the customer that they are able to sustain their needs.
