The study was conducted from February to April 2019 to determine the safety practices of JM Luna Amusement in Pascam I, General Trias, Cavite. As well as the problem encountered. This study will help the management in making decision to improve every aspect of their services offered.
Specially the study aimed to determine the services offered by JM Luna Amusement, identify the safety rules and regulation implemented by JM Luna Amusement,assess the compliance of safety rules to national standard of amusement park operations and lastly identify the product , place, promotions and to recommend course of action that will help the business in terms of safety practices.
The primary source of data used in conducting this research are personal interview with the owner, assistant owner and through personal observations within the amusement itself.
The researchers observe and interviewed the owner and assistant owner of JM Luna Amusement. The information they gathered has been analyzed, organized and clarified the information gathered from observation within the amusement and interview.
Descriptive method use in the study, interview and observation are used to gathered information about the topic. Generally the researchers proposed to improve their facilities, and find a safe location to accommodate their rides, add more entertainment
games for their customer.
