The project was named "Sea Taste Food Products". It is an enterprise that offers an affordable and high quality flovored anchovies that made from quality ingredients.This general type of business was managed and supervised by the proponents namely Mery Rose L.Nazareno, Mildred A. Razos, and Jacqueline Joy M. Umpad.

It started its operation from February 13,2019 until April of 2019,in Ibayo Silangan, Naic,Cavite. The chosen location is located at Naic Public Market, where in customer will notice immediately that there is an existing store that sell flavored anchovy. The main purpose of this project is to establish a small business that will satisfy the needs and wants of the customer.

Managing a small business is not an easy task, that's why proponents has their own responsibilities in managing and controlling the everyday operation of the business. The managing and controlling of Sea Taste Food Products will be rotational, which means proponents will be responsible for a specific activities every week, then after that week proponents will be responsible again for other activities.

The entrepreneurs invested an initial capital of PHP 30,099.00 which they shared equally amounting to PHP 10,033. The partners agred to divide profit and losses equally among the partners. The invested capital was used to purchase raw materials, supplies, tools and other expenditures related to operating of the business. The income statement of the business for 9 weeks of operation ended on April 13, 2019 showed a total sales of PHP 41,659.00 with a net income of PHP 19,686.50.

During the operation of Sea Taste Food Products entrepreneurs encountered a lot of problems, but through the help, determination, and cooperation of the team they maintain their composure to provide different solution in solving challenges being encountered.

It took two months of operation to accomplish the EDP,the participants learned that creating a good quality products can gain trust from target customer leading to customer loyalty.
